OTT is swiftly catching up to cable. In eMarketer's Q4 2015 State of Video report, it projected that 7 in 10 U.S. Internet users will be using OTT services in 2016. By 2019, 72.1% of U.S. Internet users and 89.3% of digital video viewers will use OTT services.
